INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS:

• We hope you understand that sometimes the clinic needs to respond to urgent situations, which could mean that your appointment is delayed. Please allow 2-3 hours for your appointment. 

• All patients will be DILATED on their first visit. Dilation may last between 2-6 hours and it will make vision blurry and eyes sensitive to light. Patients are advised to bring a driver and a pair of sunglasses.

PARKING: 

• There is limited underground free parking, requiring registration in the office.  

• There is additional underground parking at $3.00/hour.

• There is also limited free street parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Appointments in this clinic are in high demand. Patients who no show for an appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours will be charged a $100 fee.
